I’m typically a 1X/2X at Torrid, wear a size 16 in pants, and a 1X in tops. I ordered this dress in a 2X. The fabric is lightweight and not itchy at all. When I took it out of the bag, I noticed a few spots where the beading/sequin threading was loose, but nothing very noticeable. The arms were a bit snug for me, so I cut the inseam slightly near the armpit and after that it fit perfectly around my arms. Overall, comfortable and wearable.

I loved this dress and got so many compliments. It’s really well made and it fit the theme of my work holiday party! Loved the accessories as well!

I received lots of compliments on this dress!! I had purchased and returned many dresses that I received in multiple sizes. If I didn't wait till last minute, I would have had more options I think. This came super fast and looked great!! I received many compliments on this outfit! I didn't use all the supplies that came with it, I can't wear "fake" metal/costume jewelry without a reaction on my skin after 30 minutes (I'm not talking just green, I'm talking hives, itching, blisters). So I had my own pearls already. I also previously bought the headpiece separately in my original order of dresses and loved it, so I kept it for this one.
I'm a 2x/3x depending on clothing and style. I'm a 2x at torrid for the most part. I'm 5'10 as well. I did buy this in 5x based off of reviews of this dress and previous orders I did. I probably could have don't the 4x of this but I definitely felt comfortable in the 5x.

Exactly as described. I LOVED this, it was so flattering. As a plus size girl, size 16/18 with a rectangle body type (42DD, waist 43, hip 46) Im always worried about buying online. Not only did the dress fit as described, the gloves fit also! I have larger upper arms/shoulder but had no concerns with the fit of this. I felt so fancy! If you're debating to get this vs another style- let this be your validation!

I looked great in this. I did buy another head piece but that was more preference than the quality of this set. You can't go wrong. I wore it to a birthday party and will be wearing it for Halloween and any other event I can play dress up😁!!
