If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos - we will be happy to help. For requests submitted after this window, our stantard return and exchange policy will apply.

To make the process seamless, simply return your original item, and once your return is approved, we'll send out your exchange right away — no need to place a new order. This way, you secure your preferred item without waiting for a refund to be processed.
